Recovery from White Screen Reload Software Error
If you have this error it is very easy to recover from, The error can happen for many reasons one can be tinkering with the OS and removing something you shouldn't have done or the whole OS itself with the likes of "BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife"
However DO NOT PANIC! First with the error still on the screen install (If you do not have it installed) and open the "BlackBerry Desktop Manager" you can get it from here and then once it is installed and open, connect your blackberry to your system. Once you do this and the drivers installed, you will get a prompt like this click "Get Update"

Continue on and answer any questions it may have. It may ask you for your email address and ask about any components you wish to install depending on your Network Provider once this is completed you will see this screen on your computer and your BlackBerry may reboot and the screen may flash during installation this is NORMAL
Your BlackBerry may take longer than normal to start the first time and will ask you to run through the first time set up. When you have done this I recommend you remove the battery and reinsert it and then you can resync your data and load your content back to the phone and use it as normal.
Unlocking BlackBerry Devices (Does not Unblock)
First of all Download THIS software, Once it has downloaded extract it and run it. Antivirus programs may flag it as a virus mistakenly disable your Antivirus or put the file on the safe list if you have issues running it.
Click the "Code Calculator" tab, Under your Battery you will find Your IMEI and PRD Code put these both into the program making sure to Double check what you have typed and Tick "CALCULATE ALL MEPS" then click "Calculate Codes"
Once this is done 5 "MEP" codes should appear. Place your SIM Card (one that is locked out from the phone) into the phone and start it up when it asks if you wish to unlock it say yes and enter the MEP it asks for carefully (You only get 10 tries before it hard locks to the Network it is on) It should say that the code was accepted.
Enable your Network Radio and you should now get signal! If however the code was Accepted but you still get no signal reboot the phone and see if it asks for a 2nd MEP code, Some networks lock there phones with 2 MEP's instead of just 1.
This has been tested and working on my own personal Bold 9700 and from what I know works on all blackberrys previous to the Z10 & Q10 I CANNOT Guarantee this calculator works for those models as I did not make this tool. You can try it on your OS 10 Devices AT YOUR OWN RISK
Please Note: This Unlocks the phone to all Networks world wide, It however DOES NOT unblock phones that have been reported lost or stolen to the network and have been barred
