I’ve sent off this email and hope they at least investigate this as it’s all too fishy to me personally
I am writing to you regarding the postal service we are not getting. This is the second time I have had to write to you on this matter.
Since November of last year we have had items never arrive at our post-box – the latest thing to go missing is leading me to believe that someone within your organization may be stealing items from the post. I shall explain why I believe this is occurring.
It seems that Computer Equipment on its way to me only has a 50% chance of arriving, at this rate. The people sending these items are reputable people (Both Ram packages were sold and sent by very high rated eBay sellers). It’s also worth noting that it only seems to affect Computer Equipment. All regular mail and junk mail makes it to my mailbox without trouble, but when I order computer equipment through that things go missing, since posters, my regular mail, and my junk mail make it to the mailbox fine, yet Computer Equipment suffers from these failed deliveries.
I feel that I am within my rights to demand a high level investigation into this matter as soon as possible as this is illegal, against your company rules, and costing me personally a lot of money, not to mention faith in my peers.“
I’m curious how long it will take them to even answer me and if so what bullshit they will spin me instead of investigating.
